I ordered a jacket from addnature.co.uk and overall it was fine. The quality is good and the delivery arrived okay, but I did find the price a bit high after checking a few other sites later. What annoyed me more was that the communication wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t always sure what was going on with the order. Not a terrible experience by any means, just didn’t feel like amazing value for money. I’d probably use them again if there was a decent sale on.

I ordered my usual size and it fits good. It was maybe a little snug when I try it on, but nothing too bad. I’d say go with your normal size

I checked and they had pretty much everything I was looking for in stock. It was a small win for me because I didn’t have to run around to a bunch of different places.

I had a problem with my order trying to get it sorted was a headache. The replies took ages, and when they did come through, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I’d already explained.

What made it more confusing was that one email said one thing, then another email seemed to say something different, so I never really knew what was going on. I ended up chasing again and again and still didn’t get a proper fix, so I wouldn’t order from them again.

I got all the way to checkout and then saw the delivery fee, and it was ridiculous. I don’t expect shipping to always be free, but it added so much to the total that the order just didn’t feel worth it anymore. Annoying to only see that at the end, so I gave up and didn’t place the order.

My order from Addnature arrived really well packed. The box felt sturdy, there wasn’t loads of unnecessary plastic, and everything inside was in perfect condition. it’s just nice when an order turns up safely without any hassle. It definitely makes the whole experience better.

The website is okay overall, and I was able to find what I needed eventually, but it felt a bit slow and clunky while I was using it. It’s not that anything was completely broken or impossible to use, it just took more clicking around than I expected, and some things weren’t where I thought they would be. I had to spend a little extra time figuring out where to go, which made the whole experience feel less smooth than it could be

I was disappointed with this. It looked cheap right out of the box, and after just one short use it already started coming apart. For the price, I expected a lot better. This feels like the kind of quality issue that should’ve been totally preventable.

I sent my item back and figured the refund would be straightforward, but the timing must’ve been awful because everything felt like it dragged on forever. Support was slow to get back to me too, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be

I ordered it on Monday and it showed up by Wednesday. Nice and straightforward, no issues at all

The range was okay overall, but a few sizes seemed to be missing when I looked. Maybe I just picked a bad time to shop, but it was a bit disappointing not finding what I needed.

I’ve been waiting for days to hear back from customer service and still haven’t gotten any kind of reply. i’m starting to regret buying from them at all.

I got the item it wasn’t what the description made it sound like. Annoying, and it kind of makes me wonder if they left out details on purpose. Not a great experience

I placed an order with Addnature and the tracking basically just froze for days. Every time I checked, it was the same vague message with no real update and no proper delivery date, which was especially frustrating because I needed the stuff by a certain day.
I tried to give it some time, but the timing could not have been worse and it ended up being really annoying. If I had known the tracking would be this useless and the order wouldn’t show up when I needed it, I probably would’ve ordered somewhere else

I’m still waiting for my refund, and this kind of confirms what I was already worried about when I ordered. The refund process has been really poor and way slower than it should be. I had a feeling it would turn into a hassle, and unfortunately that’s exactly what happened.
